Project Plan

The Lower Xepain HHP is expected to locate on Nam Xepian river at location of HinLat village, Sanamsai district Sekong province. Dam site will be constructed at location where is about 40 Km from Attapeu provincial center to the west and about 80 Km  far from PaKse District, Champasack province. Normal water level is 102 m and dead water level  is 101m. It is geographical coordinates are within: 14°44'56" Northern Latitude and 106°27'04" longitude

The headworks of houay Kapheu  HHP  is  located in Houay Kapheu  river,being a 1rst branch river of Sedon river,belonging to Xiengmai village,Lao Ngam district of Saravane province . Dam site is proposed to construct about 20 Km from Pakxong to south, 45 Km from Pakse to south west,about 14 Km from Laongam to north, 60 Km from Sekong to north east .It is geographical coordinates are within: 15°21'18" Northern latitude and 106°9'42" longitude

Namgum – Ban Phao HPP is expected to locate on Nam Ngum river, in Ban Phao commune, Pakngum District, Vientiane Capital ,141 Km far from the dam site of NamNgum – Nanin HPP on the downstream and about 28 Km from confluence between NamNgum river and Mekong river toward the downstream. NamNgum - Ban Phao is about 50 Km from Vientiane Capital toward the Northeast.The catchment area of Nam ngum – Ban Phao  at dam site is 16,780 Km2. Normal water level is 159 m and dead water level  is 158.5 m. Area of reservoir surface confirming to NWL is 24.92  km2. It is geographical coordinates are within: 18°12'15" Northern Latitude and 103°00'30" longitude.
